Shipping

We're based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD and aim to get your order out within 1–2 business days.

• Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate (3–8 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping — orders over $150
• Express Shipping — $15 flat rate (1–3 business days)

All orders are tracked. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@sunzacollective.com.au — please don't send anything back without hearing from us first.

Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away at hello@sunzacollective.com.au and we'll sort it out quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at hello@sunzacollective.com.au.
