How do I clean my Sunza Original?

Spot clean the exterior using a microfibre cloth and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. Wipe gently with the grain of the fabric.

 

The interior lining is wipe clean. After use, allow it to air dry fully in a shaded position.

 

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or submerge in water. Avoid placing sharp objects like corkscrews or cutlery inside the cooler, as these can damage the lining.

Can I use ice in my Sunza Original?

Yes. She's designed for ice packs or loose ice when carried upright.

 

If using loose ice, keep the backpack upright for best performance and allow the interior to dry completely after use.

How should I store my Sunza Original?

Ensure the bag is completely dry before placing it back in its dust bag.

 

Store in a cool, dry place with the zip open to maintain her shape and finish. Avoid leaving her in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Will the wine tote fit champagne bottles?

Yes — the Sunza Original is designed to fit most standard 750ml bottles, including champagne. It even accommodates many wider champagne styles thanks to its approximate 28L capacity. However, we recommend checking the product dimensions to ensure a comfortable fit.

How long does the insulation keep things cold?

For best results, chill your drinks before packing and add ice packs or loose ice. With pre-chilled contents and ice, the tri-layer insulation keeps everything cold for hours — even on a warm day.

Is the backpack leakproof?

Designed for ice packs or loose ice — the heat-sealed PEVA lining is 100% leak-proof when carried upright. Some external condensation is normal on warm days. The interior wipes clean in seconds.

Can I use the backpack be used for other things?

Absolutely. While it’s perfect for wine and snacks, many customers also use it for kids’ bottles, beach trips, picnics, road trips, or even as a stylish everyday carry.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
