Shipping & Delivery

Sunza is a proudly Australian owned and designed brand, based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

After placing your order a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare and pack your order for dispatch. We always endeavour to send your order as fast as possible.

Once your order is posted, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping Australia over $150 - packed in 2 business days - 2-8 days delivery. 

Flat rate shipping under $150 - $10 per order.

Express Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 per order.

Delivery Times

Sunza works with Australia Post and trusted courier partners to deliver parcels within 2-8 business days for standard shipping, or 1-3 business days for express.

If you need your order in a hurry, simply select Express Shipping at checkout.

Order Tracking All parcels are tracked. Once you receive your dispatch confirmation email, your tracking details will be included so you can follow your order every step of the way.

PO Box Delivery Yes — we deliver to PO Boxes Australia-wide.

Not Home? If you're not home at the time of delivery, your driver will leave a missed delivery card with details of where and when you can collect your parcel. We recommend shipping to a workplace if you'd like to guarantee someone is available to receive it.

Please note: Express Post to WA or NT addresses may take up to 5 business days.
