Sunza Spotted: Photo Review Draw

The short version: leave a review with a photo of your Sunza and you go into the draw to win a bundle of Sunza accessories valued at over $140. Entries close 30 November 2026, and one winner is drawn at random on 7 December 2026. Good, bad or in between, every honest photo review counts. The full terms are below.

1. The Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is Pelican Pack Pty Ltd ACN 683 232 493 trading as Sunza Collective, Pelican Waters, QLD 4551 ("Sunza", "we", "us").

1.2 By entering, you agree to these terms. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms.

2. Promotional period

2.1 The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST Sunday 25 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Monday 30 November 2026 ("Promotional Period").

2.2 All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, Queensland time).

3. Who can enter

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who have purchased a Sunza Collective product from sunzacollective.com.au.

3.2 Employees and contractors of Sunza, their immediate families, and anyone else involved in running this promotion are not eligible.

4. How to enter

4.1 During the Promotional Period, leave a review of a Sunza Collective product you've purchased that includes at least one photo, using one of our review tools: the review section on our product pages, a review request email from us, or our review QR code or review link.

4.2 You must use the same email address you ordered with, so we can match your review to your purchase. If you're asked to confirm your review by email, you must confirm it. A review only becomes an entry once it's submitted and confirmed.

4.3 Your review must be genuine and about a product you've bought and used, and the photo must be your own. Reviews and photos that are offensive, misleading, copied, not of a Sunza product, or that breach our review guidelines won't count as entries.

4.4 Your star rating and what you say have no effect on your chance of winning. Positive, negative and in-between reviews are all entered the same way.

4.5 Each eligible photo review counts as one entry. You can have a maximum of one entry per product.

4.6 Reviews submitted or confirmed outside the Promotional Period are not entries.

4.7 No purchase is necessary beyond the original purchase of the product being reviewed. It costs nothing extra to enter.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one prize: a Sunza accessories bundle containing a Grazing Bento, Snack Pack, a Magnetic Hat Clip and an Insulated Travel Tumbler, with a total recommended retail value of $143.98 (including GST).

5.2 The total prize pool is $143.98 (including GST).

5.3 Colours are chosen by us and may vary. If an item is unavailable, we'll substitute an item of equal or greater value.

5.4 The prize is sent free of charge to an address in Australia. It can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

6. The draw

6.1 The winner will be drawn at 10:00am AEST Monday 7 December 2026 at Pelican Waters QLD 4551.

6.2 The draw is conducted by random selection from all valid entries.

6.3 If there is only one valid entry, that entrant wins the prize, subject to these terms.

6.4 If there are no valid entries, no draw is held and no prize is awarded.

7. Notifying and announcing the winner

7.1 We'll email the winner within 2 business days of the draw, using the email address attached to their review.

7.2 The winner has 14 days from the draw to reply with their name and an Australian postal address. If they don't, the prize is forfeited and an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 10:00am AEST Monday 21 December 2026, at the same address and by the same method. That winner will be notified the same way. If there are no other valid entries for the redraw, the prize is not awarded.

7.3 We'll announce the winner by first name and state on this page and on our Instagram within 7 days of the draw, and feature their photo as our first Sunza Spotted.

8. Use of your review and photo

8.1 By entering, you give Sunza a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and ongoing licence to use, reproduce, crop, resize and publish your review and photo in our marketing. This includes our website, emails, organic social media, paid advertising (such as Meta, Google and Pinterest ads) and printed materials. We may credit you by first name or show the photo without a name.

8.2 We won't edit your review in a way that changes its meaning, or present it as saying something you didn't say.

8.3 You confirm the photo is your own, and that anyone recognisable in it has agreed to it being shared this way. If a child is recognisable in the photo, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and agree on their behalf.

8.4 If you'd like us to stop using your photo in new marketing, email us and we'll stop within 14 days. We can't recall material that has already been printed or published.

9. Review rewards

9.1 Separate to this draw, you may receive a thank-you credit for leaving a review ($20 off for a review, $25 off for a review with a photo, on your next order over $100). That credit is offered under its own terms and is not part of this promotion. Receiving a credit does not affect your entry, and entering does not affect your credit.

10. General

10.1 We may disqualify any entry or entrant we reasonably believe has breached these terms, entered fraudulently, or tried to manipulate the draw (for example with fake or multiple accounts).

10.2 If something beyond our reasonable control affects the promotion (such as technical failure, fraud or interference), we may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from the relevant state or territory gaming authority.

10.3 Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that can't be excluded by law.

10.4 We collect your personal information to run this promotion, contact the winner and deliver the prize. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how to access or correct your information or make a complaint.

10.5 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Meta or Judge.me.
