30-Day Returns We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at hello@sunzacollective.com.au. Return address details will be confirmed once your return is approved — please don't send anything back without hearing from us first.
Return postage is at the customer's cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage costs.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away at hello@sunzacollective.com.au and we'll sort it out quickly.
Exchanges Want a different colour? Simply request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. Once your return is approved and processed, we'll refund you as normal.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.
