1. shipping & delivery

Sunza is a proudly Australian owned and designed brand, based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

 

Order Confirmation After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Please allow 1–2 business days to prepare and pack your order for dispatch. Once posted, you'll receive a second email with your tracking details.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Standard Shipping - $10.00 flat rate

Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $150

Express Shipping - $17.00 flat rate

 

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Express Post to WA or NT addresses may take up to 5 business days.

 

Order Tracking All parcels are tracked. Your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

 

Not Home? If you're not home at the time of delivery, your driver will leave a card with collection details. We recommend shipping to a workplace if you'd like to guarantee someone is available to receive it.

2. returns & refunds

30-Day Returns We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

To start a return, email us at hello@sunzacollective.com.au. Return address details will be confirmed once your return is approved — please don't send anything back without hearing from us first.

 

Return postage is at the customer's cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage costs.

 

Damages & Incorrect Items Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away at hello@sunzacollective.com.au and we'll sort it out quickly.

 

Exchanges Want a different colour? Simply request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. Once your return is approved and processed, we'll refund you as normal.

 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at hello@sunzacollective.com.au.

5. australian consumer law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

 

If your Sunza arrives with a fault or develops one within a reasonable time, we'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.
