• Exterior — 600D Oxford fabric with PVC backing. Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. Wipe gently with the grain of the fabric.
• Interior — leak-proof heat-sealed food-grade PEVA lining. Wipe clean. Designed for ice packs or loose ice when carried upright. We recommend ice packs for the best results.
• Drying — allow to air dry fully in a shaded position after use. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or submerge in water.
• Storage — ensure she's completely dry before returning to her dust bag. Store in a cool, dry place with the zip open to maintain her shape and finish.
• Sun — avoid leaving her in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Please note — avoid placing sharp objects like corkscrews or cutlery inside the cooler, as these can damage the lining.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. To start a return, email hello@sunzacollective.com.au — just reach out before sending anything back.

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect — in that case, we've got you covered.
